Costa Theo, born 15/12/1972, Chairman

Costa has been involved in the film industry for several years, and has produced two films for Milcoz Films Limited. He has experience in the legal, financial and creative aspects of the film business, being involved in projects from development, to finance and distribution. He has also arranged and deployed the print and advertising funds used to market films. Costa has been a senior executive of the Theta Group since 2005, and has been involved with aspects of tax planning, corporate merger and acquisition, property development, the finance and construction of wind turbines in the energy sector and setting up retail businesses over the internet.

Mick Southworth, born 26/08/1957, Managing Director, The Works UK

Former boss of Film Four Distributors, during which time he released films such as 'The Madness of King George', 'Secrets and Lies' 'Brassed Off' and 'Fever Pitch', Mick Southworth established Winchester Film Distribution in 2001. Under the successive ownerships of Winchester, Cobalt and ContentFilm, Mick as CEO UK Distribution delivered a succession of successful films such as 'My Summer of Love', 'Lantana', 'The Man Who Sued God', and 'Open Range'

Domenico Procacci, born 08/02/1960, Non-Executive Director

Domenico Procacci is one of Italy's most successful filmmakers, having produced or co-produced some 50 films in the last 20 years. His most recent production is "Silk", starring Keira Knightley, Michael Pitt and Alfred Molina, which will be released worldwide by New Line in 2007. Domenico has produced all the films of Italy's leading director Gabriele Muccino, including "The Last Kiss" and "Remember Me", both significant box office hits in Italy, and he is currently producing Muccino's English language debut starring Cameron Diaz and Jim Carrey. Other credits include "Respiro" by Emanuele Crialese, Paolo Sorrentino's "The Consequences of Love" and "The Family Friend", both in competition at Cannes, "Dust" by Milcho Manchevski, "He died with a felafel in his hand" by Richard Lowenstein and most of Rolf De Heer's films, including "Bad Boy Bubby", "The Quiet Rroom", "Alexandra's Project" and, as executive producer, "The Tracker" and the recent "Ten Canoes". A number of his films have been sold by The Works International, and "Ten Canoes" is being distributed in the UK by The Works. Domenico became the second largest shareholder in TWMG, and joined the board, in January 2004. His company Fandango also operates as a book publisher and record label in Italy.
